Exchange or return of goods
If you didn't like the goods (within 14 days from the moment of purchase), it's okay, we'll offer you another option or make a refund.
Following the rules, send the goods you purchased back to us. After a quick diagnosis of the goods for compliance with the conditions of return in accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection", we will refund or exchange money for any other.
The buyer must provide proof of purchase.
The 14 day period for returns is calculated the next day after the purchase is made.
