Exchange or return of goods

If you didn't like the goods (within 14 days from the moment of purchase), it's okay, we'll offer you another option or make a refund. Following the rules, send the goods you purchased back to us. After a quick diagnosis of the goods for compliance with the conditions of return in accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection", we will refund or exchange money for any other.

Return Policy: The buyer must provide proof of purchase. The 14 day period for returns is calculated the next day after the purchase is made. The product has not been used and its presentation has been saved (stickers, seals, contents, labels, box, etc.). Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you are in Ukraine, you can personally contact with our office and make an exchange or refund. In another case, you need to send the goods (observing the conditions) by address delivery without cash on delivery. Return details will be sent to you by a private message. After receiving and checking the goods, we will send a new product within 3-7 days or return the money to your bank account.

Dear customers, after receiving and inspecting the goods, claims regarding the configuration and appearance, are not accepted! We kindly ask you to check the appearance and complete set upon receipt of the goods.
